3. Customer records
Where you connect your own systems or local database, customer records stay on your infrastructure. We do not retain copies of records held in your own systems.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data with sub-processors such as AI providers and channel APIs only as needed to deliver the service, under appropriate safeguards.
5. Security
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and operational safeguards. Lead and contact data captured in conversations is handled securely.
6. Your choices
You can access, export, or request deletion of data associated with your organization, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
