These terms govern your access to and use of the Interactic platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Using Interactic
You may use Interactic to deploy and operate AI agents across your connected channels. You are responsible for the content you train your agents on and the messages they send on your behalf.
2. Accounts and organizations
An account belongs to an organization. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite to your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, or to violate the policies of connected channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or Meta.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly based on your selected tier and usage. Setup fees and integrations are billed as quoted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Data and content
You retain ownership of your knowledge content and customer data. You grant Interactic the rights needed to process it to operate the service on your behalf.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time. You may stop using Interactic at any time, and we may suspend access for breach of these terms.
